Depending on how you use our website and communication channels, we may process the following data categories:

• Identity and contact data: full name and telephone number.
• Customer transaction data: project of interest, purchase purpose, budget, timing, preferred contact time and message content.
• Transaction security and marketing data: page URL, referrer, date/time, consent record, UTM data and campaign identifiers such as gclid and fbclid.
• We do not request special-category personal data in our forms; please do not include such data in free-text fields.

We process data in a purpose-related, limited and proportionate manner for the following purposes:

• Responding to information, price, payment plan and project visit requests and managing the sales process.
• Managing request and communication history, improving service quality and maintaining information security.
• Associating a submitted request with its campaign source; and, where you have given permission, measuring performance and conversions on advertising platforms.
• Complying with legal obligations, responding to competent authorities and establishing, exercising or protecting a right.

Data is collected automatically or partly automatically through contact forms, telephone, WhatsApp, email, browsers and cookie-like storage technologies.

Processing relies on Article 5/2 of KVKK for entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations, establishing/exercising/protecting a right and our legitimate interests where these do not harm your fundamental rights. Analytics and advertising operations requiring consent are performed only at your choice under Article 5/1.

Your data may be disclosed, only as necessary for the purposes above, to authorised sales staff; providers of hosting, lead records, communications, analytics and advertising services; and public authorities legally entitled to receive it.

The infrastructure of providers such as Vercel, Google and Meta may involve processing or transfers outside Türkiye. Such operations are carried out where an appropriate safeguard or another lawful transfer mechanism under Article 9 of KVKK is available; separate consent is obtained where required.

Personal data is retained for the purpose of processing and the applicable statutory retention/limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the reasons for processing cease. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purposes and whether data is used accordingly; know recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction and, where conditions are met, deletion or destruction; request notification of these actions to recipients; object to adverse results produced by automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
